The Texas Houser Awards are tomorrow at noon at the Zilker Park Clubhouse in Austin.
This year’s awards are to:
- Daniel Esparza, legislative aide to Sen. Eddie Lucio, Jr.
- Frances Ferguson & HousingWorks Austin
- Ruby Roa, housing activist and grassroots organizer
- Texas Organizing Project, community empowerment member organization
- Kathy Tyler. farm worker housing advocate
The event is sold out except for those who have reservations.
