An earlier version of our report “Project Based Section 8 Housing: Across Houston and The Woodlands” transposed the REAC scores, Crime Index scores, and Asian population for the properties Northline Point and North MacGregor Arms Apartments.
These changes are reflected in the most recent report available on our site. We regret the error, thank you for your patience.
The report still did not correct the other table of “Properties with the Lowest Inspection Scores”. Additionally, the %1 bedroom apts is not correct for North MacGregor Arms Apartments.
